Río de Jesús is a corregimiento located in the Veraguas Province of Panama. It serves as the administrative seat of the Río de Jesús District.
The area had a recorded population of 3,602 in 1990, which decreased to 2,585 by the year 2000. According to 2010 census data, the population of the corregimiento was 2,484.
