Tonosí is a town and corregimiento located in the Los Santos Province of Panama. It serves as the administrative seat of the Tonosí District.
The population of the area has seen fluctuations over recent decades, recorded at 1,910 in 1990 and 2,282 in 2000. As of the 2010 census, the population was reported to be 2,257.
