El Hato is a corregimiento located in the Guararé District of the Los Santos Province in Panama. It was officially established by Law 58 on July 29, 1998, following the Declaration of Unconstitutionality of Law 1 of 1982.
The area has a small population, which was recorded at 416 in the year 2000 and decreased to 374 by the 2010 census.
