Toza is a corregimiento located in the Natá District of the Coclé Province in Panama. It covers a total land area of 85.8 square kilometres (33.1 sq mi).
The population of Toza has shown steady growth over recent decades, rising from 1,666 in 1990 to 1,884 in 2000. As of the 2010 census, the population was recorded at 2,071, resulting in a population density of approximately 24.1 inhabitants per square kilometre (62/sq mi).
