El Caño is a town and corregimiento located in the Natá District of the Coclé Province in Panama. It covers a total land area of 86 square kilometres (33 sq mi).
Demographic data indicates that the population of El Caño grew from 2,936 in 1990 to 3,276 in 2000. As of 2010, the population was recorded at 3,351, resulting in a population density of approximately 38.9 inhabitants per square kilometre (101/sq mi).
