Horconcitos is a corregimiento located in the San Lorenzo District of the Chiriquí Province in Panama. It serves as the seat of the San Lorenzo District.
The area covers a total land area of 73.1 square kilometres (28.2 sq mi). As of the 2010 census, Horconcitos had a population of 996 residents, resulting in a population density of approximately 13.6 inhabitants per square kilometre.
