Alanje is a corregimiento and the seat of the Alanje District located in the Chiriquí Province of Panama. It serves as the primary administrative center for its namesake district.
The area covers a land area of 21.4 square kilometres (8.3 sq mi). As of 2023, the population was recorded at 3,168, resulting in a population density of approximately 153.2 inhabitants per square kilometre.
