Dipayal Silgadhi is a municipality and the district headquarters of Doti District, located within the Sudurpashchim Province of Nepal. Situated in the Lesser Himalayas, the town is positioned along the banks of the Seti River.
Historically, Dipayal served as the headquarters for the Far-Western Development Region. According to the 2011 Nepal census, the municipality had a population of 32,941 people residing in 7,447 individual households.
