Achham is a district located in the Sudurpashchim province of Nepal. It is one of the seventy-seven districts of the country and constitutes one of the nine districts within its province.
The district covers a total area of 1,692 km² and has a recorded population of 257,477 as of the 2011 census. Mangalsen serves as the official district headquarters for the region.
