Charikot is a former village development committee that serves as a constituent part of Bhimeshwar, a municipality in north-eastern Nepal. It is situated within the Dolakha District of Bagmati Province.
In 1997, Charikot was merged with the village development committees of Dolakha Town, Makaibari, Mati, Suspaa, and Lankuri Danda to establish the municipality of Bhimeshwar. The town is located at an altitude of 1,554 metres (5,101 feet).
