Leirvik, also known as Stord, is a town and the administrative center of Stord Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is situated along the southern coast of the island of Stord, bordering the Hardangerfjorden.
The settlement officially gained "town status" in 1997. A notable geographic feature of the area is the Eldøyane peninsula, which hosts the large Kværner Stord industrial site.
