Birketveit is a village in Norway that serves as the administrative centre of Iveland Municipality in Agder county. It is situated approximately 8 kilometres north of the villages of Skaiå and Bakken, and about 12 kilometres west of Vatnestrøm.
The village features several local landmarks, including the Iveland Church on its southern end and the small lake Birketveitstjønna on its western side. The municipal government building is located within Birketveit and houses a small mineral and mining museum. Additionally, the village contains a municipal sports hall.
