Slidre is a village and the administrative centre of Vestre Slidre Municipality, located in the Innlandet county of Norway. It is situated within the Valdres district along the shores of the Slidrefjorden.
The village is positioned along the European route E16 highway, approximately 25 kilometres northwest of Fagernes. It serves as a primary local hub for the surrounding municipality and region.
