Flisa is a village and the administrative centre of Åsnes Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is situated at the confluence of the rivers Flisa and Glomma.
The village serves as a transportation hub, with both the Norwegian National Road 2 and the Solørbanen railway line passing through it. Nearby settlements include Kjellmyra to the south, Sønsterud to the northeast, and Gjesåsen to the north. Åsnes Church is located on the west side of the village.
