Sistranda is the administrative centre of Frøya Municipality, located in Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is situated on the east side of the island of Frøya, positioned approximately 4 kilometres north of the village of Hammarvika and the entrance to the Frøya Tunnel.
The village covers an area of 1.27 square kilometres (310 acres). As of 2024, Sistranda has a population of 1,257 residents, resulting in a population density of 990 inhabitants per square kilometre (2,600 per square mile).
