Spydeberg was a municipality located in the former county of Østfold in Norway. It functioned as an independent administrative unit until December 31, 2019.
On January 1, 2020, Spydeberg ceased to exist as a separate municipality and was merged into the new, larger municipality of Indre Østfold Kommune. This merger combined Spydeberg with the former municipalities of Askim, Trøgstad, Eidsberg, and Hobøl.
