Rognan is a village situated in the Nordland county of Norway. It serves as the administrative center for Saltdal Municipality and is geographically positioned at the head of the Saltdal Fjord.
The village is located approximately 15 kilometres, or about 9.3 miles, north of the village of Røkland.
