Lødingen is a municipality located in the Nordland county of Norway. It is situated on the southeastern corner of the island of Hinnøya and forms part of the traditional district of Ofoten. The administrative center of the municipality is the village of Lødingen, which also serves as its namesake.
The municipality includes other notable villages such as Våge and Ytterstad. It is frequently referred to by the nickname "Biketown" due to its role as a host for various annual bicycle races, most notably the Vestbygd-rittet and Lofoten Insomnia.
