Husøya is a small island located in the Trænfjorden in Nordland county, Norway. It serves as the administrative center for Træna Municipality. The island is situated just east of Sanna, approximately 12 kilometres south of Selvær and 20 kilometres northwest of Lovund.
The island is accessible only by boat, with regular ferry services connecting Husøya to Stokkvågen on the mainland and to the island of Selvær. The Træna Lighthouse is located just south of the island.
