Mehamn

Mehamn is a village and the administrative centre of Gamvik Municipality in Finnmark county, Norway. It is situated on the small Vedvik peninsula, which forms part of the larger Nordkinn Peninsula at the southern end of Mehamnfjorden, a bay off the Barents Sea.

The village covers an area of 0.59 square kilometres and had a population of 703 in 2023, resulting in a population density of approximately 1,198 inhabitants per square kilometre. Nearby settlements include the village of Gamvik, located about 16 kilometres to the east, and Kjøllefjord, situated roughly 30 kilometres to the southwest.
