Ypenburg is a district located in the southeast of The Hague, Netherlands. It functions as part of the larger Vinex-location known as Leidschenveen-Ypenburg.
Geographically, Ypenburg is situated on the southwest side of the A12 motorway and the parallel railway to Utrecht. It is connected to the main body of The Hague by only a narrow corridor. The district is one of four quarters that comprise the Leidschenveen-Ypenburg area, alongside Hoornwijk, Forepark, and Leidschenveen.
