Gennep

The Netherlands

Gennep is a city and municipality located in the upper southeastern region of the Netherlands. It is situated in the northernmost part of the province of Limburg, positioned approximately 18 km south of Nijmegen.

The city lies on the right bank of the Meuse river and is located south of the Klever Reichswald forest. As of 2014, the municipality of Gennep had a population of 17,277 inhabitants.
