Sellingen is a village located in the Dutch province of Groningen. It serves as a constituent part of the municipality of Westerwolde and is situated approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) northeast of the city of Emmen.
As of 2021, the statistical area known as "Sellingen," which encompasses both the village and its surrounding countryside, had a total population of 1,880. The village of Sellingen specifically recorded a population of 1,045 during that same period.
