Duiven

The Netherlands

Duiven is a town and municipality located in the eastern region of the Netherlands. While its name can be translated into English as "pigeons" or "doves," the term is etymologically related to "dunes."

The municipality's official flag was granted and adopted on June 25, 1954. Additionally, although the name suggests birds, the coat of arms and logo of the municipality specifically feature pigeons.
