San Francisco, commonly referred to as San Pancho, is a coastal town located in the State of Nayarit on the central Pacific coast of Mexico. It is situated approximately 50 km north of Puerto Vallarta along Federal Highway 200.
The town serves as a destination within the Bahía de Banderas region. While it maintains its identity as San Francisco, it is widely recognized by locals and travelers by its popular nickname, San Pancho.
