Sebaco

Nicaragua

Sébaco is a town and municipality located in the Matagalpa department of Nicaragua. It serves as the largest city within the Sébaco Valley, which is recognized as one of the most fertile agricultural regions in the country.

The town is situated at the junction of the Pan-American Highway and the Rio Grande de Matagalpa. Its geography is characterized by extensive vegetable fields that stretch toward the west. Additionally, a highway branches east from the Pan-American Highway approximately five kilometres north of the city, leading toward the city of Matagalpa.
