Bodinga is a Local Government Area located in Sokoto State, Nigeria. The area serves as an administrative division within the state and is named after its primary town, which also functions as the headquarters of the local government.
The region was first established in 1809 by Abdullahi dan Fodio. It remains a recognized administrative entity in northern Nigeria.
