Kafin Madaki is a town located in Bauchi State, Nigeria. It serves as the headquarters of the Ganjuwa Local Government Area and is situated approximately 45 km north of the city of Bauchi. The town has a population of about 20,000 people.
The local economy is primarily based on farming, supplemented by cottage industries including weaving, iron-working, soap-making, and brick-making. The community relies on boreholes for its water supply. In terms of infrastructure, the state government initiated a reconstruction project for the General Hospital in March 2008 to repair the facility, with plans announced in 2010 to hire additional medical personnel.
