Bagwai Town is a city located in the north-western part of Kano State, Nigeria. It serves as the headquarters for the Bagwai Local Government Area and is situated approximately 55 kilometers away from the Kano metropolitan area.
The town shares borders with several neighboring communities, including Bichi, Dawakin Tofa, Tsanyawa, Shanono, Kabo, Tofa, and Rimin Gado. A notable geographical feature of Bagwai Town is that it houses the Watari Dam, which is the third largest dam in Kano State.
