Sandamu is a Local Government Area situated in the northern part of Katsina State, Nigeria. The administrative headquarters for the area is located in the town of Sandamu.
The town is positioned along the A2 highway and is geographically identified by the coordinates 12°57′37″N 8°21′44″E.
