Obudu is a town and local government area located in the Cross River State of Nigeria. It is situated approximately 17 kilometres from Bebi Airport and is reachable by a six-hour drive from Calabar, the state's capital.
The region is notable for the Obudu Mountain Resort, which serves as a primary tourist destination and hosts the annual Obudu Ranch International Mountain Race. Geographically, the town sits downstream from the Obudu Dam, a location that contributes to an acute scarcity of drinking water during the dry season.
