Oshodi-Isolo is a Local Government Area (LGA) located within Lagos State, Nigeria. It is situated in the Ikeja Division of the state and covers a total area of 45 square kilometers. The local government was established by Alhaji Lateef Kayode Jakande, the second republic Governor of Lagos State, who was also known as 'Baba Kekere'.
The first Executive Chairman of the Local Government was the late Sir Isaac Ademolu Banjoko. According to the 2006 Census, the population of the area was 621,509 people. On August 1, 2021, Honourable Kehinde Oloyede Al-Maroof was elected to serve a first term as the Executive Chairman.
