Eti-Osa

Nigeria

Eti-Osa is a Local Government Area located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The state government administers this council area through three specific divisions: Ikoyi-Obalende LCDA, Eti-Osa East, and Iru Victoria Island LCDA. It contains several significant locations within the state, most notably Victoria Island.

Historically, Eti-Osa served as one of the seats of the national capital before Nigeria moved its capital to Abuja. While it was previously considered the poorest neighborhood in Lagos State, urban development has transformed the area into one of the most prosperous regions in the country, currently serving as a primary residence for many of Nigeria's wealthiest citizens.
