Malindi is a town located on Malindi Bay at the mouth of the Galana River along the Indian Ocean coast of Kenya. Situated approximately 120 kilometres northeast of Mombasa, it serves as the largest urban center within Kilifi County.
As of the 2019 census, the population of Malindi was recorded at 119,859 residents.
