Serendah is a city and mukim located in the Hulu Selangor District of Selangor, Malaysia. Situated approximately 16 miles (26 km) north of Kuala Lumpur, it serves as one of the largest suburbs outside the capital's immediate vicinity.
Historically, Serendah was home to numerous tin mines and functioned as a satellite town for the larger mining hub of Rawang. Today, the area is experiencing steady growth and holds the distinction of being the most populated mukim in the Hulu Selangor District.
