Pelabuhan Klang

Port Klang is the principal seaport of Malaysia, situated on the Strait of Malacca. It is located approximately 6 kilometres southwest of the town of Klang and about 38 kilometres southwest of Kuala Lumpur.

Originally known as Port Swettenham during the colonial era, the area was renamed Port Klang in July 1972. Since that time, it has developed into the largest port in the country.
