Bandar Mahkota Cheras, commonly referred to by its initials BMC, is a township located in the mukim of Cheras within the Hulu Langat district of Selangor, Malaysia. The development was established on a freehold plot of approximately 365 hectares and borders Bandar Sungai Long to the north and west.
Developed by Narajaya Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Lion Group, construction on the township began between late 1999 and early 2000. The area primarily consists of two-storey terraced houses and serves a population estimated to exceed 50,000 residents across more than 10,000 households. Additional smaller developments within the same township include Cheras Vista and Pinggiran Mahkota Cheras.
