Labis is a town and mukim (township) located in the Segamat District of northern Johor, Malaysia. It serves as a regional center within the state's administrative geography.
The town is situated along a major north-south trunk road that traverses Peninsular Malaysia. Additionally, it is connected to the state capital of Johor Bahru by the KTM railway line.
