Batu Anam is a town located in the northern region of the Segamat District in Johor, Malaysia. Geographically, it is situated approximately halfway between the town center of Segamat and Gemas, which is located in the neighboring state of Negeri Sembilan.
The town serves as an important site for security and military operations. It is home to the 4th Royal Artillery Regiment of the Malaysian Armed Forces and hosts the Royal Malaysian Police Training Centre (PULAPOL).
