Guguan is an island located in the Northern Mariana Islands within the Pacific Ocean. It is situated approximately 30 nautical miles (56 km) south of Alamagan and 250 nautical miles (463 km) north of Saipan. Additionally, the island lies about 67 nautical miles (124 km) northeast from Sarigan.
The island is currently uninhabited. It serves as a geographical point within the Mariana archipelago, characterized by its remote location in the open ocean.
