Farallon de Medinilla, also known as No'os, is a small uninhabited island located in the Pacific Ocean. It is situated approximately 45 miles north of Saipan within the Northern Mariana Islands.
The island is recognized as the smallest landmass in the Mariana Islands. Politically, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Northern Islands Municipality.
