Badrah is a town located in the eastern region of Iraq within the Wasit Governorate. It is situated in close proximity to the international border with Iran.
The population of Badrah is primarily composed of Arabs and Turkmen. In more recent years, the demographic makeup has also included Kurds who migrated to the area from western Iran.
