Mandalgovi is a city located in Mongolia, serving as the capital of the Dundgovi Province. It is situated approximately 300 kilometers south of the national capital, Ulaanbaatar, on the border of the Gobi Desert.
The administrative unit for the city is officially known as Saintsagaan sum. According to census data, the population was recorded at 10,506 in 2005 and 10,299 in 2007.
