Ulaan-Uul is a sum (district) located in the Khövsgöl aimag of Mongolia. The region covers an area of approximately 10,000 square kilometers.
The administrative center of Ulaan-Uul is officially named Tögöl. It is situated 171 km north-north-west of Mörön and 942 km from the national capital, Ulaanbaatar. As of the year 2000, the sum had a population of 3,726 people, primarily consisting of the Darkhad ethnic group.
