Nyaungdon is a town located in the Ayeyarwady Region of southwest Myanmar. It serves as the administrative seat of the Nyaungdon Township, which is situated within the Maubin District.
The town is positioned along the Pan Hlaing River near its confluence with the Ayeyarwaddy River. Geographically and administratively, it is organized into 10 wards.
