Maubin is a town located in the Ayeyarwady Division of southwest Myanmar. It serves as the administrative seat for the Maubin Township within the Maubin District.
As of 2021, the population of the town was recorded at 51,542. The local inhabitants and the broader district are primarily composed of Bamar and Karen people.
