Labutta, also known as Laputta, is a town located in the Ayeyarwady Region of south-west Myanmar. It serves as the administrative seat of Labutta Township and functions as the capital of the Labutta District within the same region.
The town is situated on the western bank of the Yway River. Geographically, it is organized into 10 urban wards.
