Doumba is a small town and commune located in the Cercle of Koulikoro within the Koulikoro Region of south-western Mali. The commune covers a total surface area of 250 km2.
The administrative area comprises seven villages: Doumba, Fani, Babougou, Dombana, Kossaba, Dibaro, and Sinzani. As of 2008, the population of the commune was recorded at 7,557 inhabitants.
