Yanfolila is a town located in the Sikasso Region of southern Mali. It serves as the administrative seat for both the Yanfolila Cercle and the Wassoulou-Ballé rural commune.
The town is situated approximately 272 km west of Sikasso and 164 km south of the capital city, Bamako. It is located 23 km from the border with Guinea.
