Makedonski Brod is a small town located in the central region of North Macedonia. It serves as the administrative seat of the Makedonski Brod Municipality.
The town is situated in a mountainous area, specifically on the south-eastern part of Suva Gora and positioned between the western Karadžica and south-western Dautica mountains.
